I booked in for his energy healing style of qi qong. I used to have reiki almost every week to help with pain relief. But the pain always came back within a few days. It wasn’t until seeing Andre’s reiki video that I realised I had wasted years on reiki. The reiki sessions themselves always felt great. but it never cured me, it just made me dependent on it like meds. Although the session was done through facetime I felt every bit of it. I actually felt the pain move through different parts of my body like an air bubble that was hot at first, then gradually got cooler. It was as if I was being physically touched. Then I felt an easing off, the headache I nearly always have started to get lighter as Andre talked me through the breathing techniques while he continued to direct my energy to heal itself. He told me to take a nap immediately after. I didn’t think I would be able to as I wasn’t in the slightest tired. I must have fallen asleep as soon as my head hit the pillow. Woke an hour later, pain free!! headache free!! feeling so light and energised. Andre has given me some breathing and stretching exercises to do and I have followed them religiously. A week later, still pain free! I’ve had no serious headaches either! This man is from heaven! In his words, he never healed me, he just reminded me that I can heal myself and I did.
