AGREEMENT BETWEEN USERS/Clients AND TheZen.One

TheZen.One Web Site is comprised of various Web pages operated by ‘The Zen One’ and Andre Zen.

The TheZen.One Web Site is offered to you on condition of your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein. Your use of TheZen.One Web Site constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices.

It is agreed as follows:

‘You’ meaning, the clients or Registered Users of TheZen.One

‘We’ meaning, the operators of TheZen.One named as The Zen One

1. Registered Users must at all times notify The Zen One of any changes to their contact details or any other information that would be required to keep our records relevant. This can be done by logging into the website and updating your contact details in your listing and profile.

2. We agree not to sell or distribute your personal details with any third parties.

3. This agreement shall come into effect from the date of acceptance of creating your account as Registered User of the website. Your agreement to these conditions herein shall continue until cancellation of your account on Our website. Accounts can be deleted by logging into the website and navigating to Account, then scrolling to the bottom of the page, or by e-mailing us using the contact form at https://TheZen.One/Contact/

4. The Zen One have the right to amend the website and these terms at any time without prior notification.

5. By continuing to use this website you agree that you will not, under any circumstances, bring TheZen.One into disrepute and use the website in a method that it was not intended or attempt to access information from the website by unlawful or unauthorised means such as; manipulating the code i.e hacking, making use of account credentials that do not belong to you without prior consent of the owner.

5.1. You agree not to post illegal content or images; content/images that may be deemed illegal in your country/state/region. Examples of this include racist, sexist or other defamatory content that may single out or cause harm to an individual or group. In such cases, TheZen.One may amend or delete your account and any content related to your account. At our sole discretion we may use this as evidence against you in a court of law.

6.The Zen One, may at any time choose to terminate your account with us should we deem it necessary. No explanation is necessary for such deletions.

7. Nothing in the agreement creates a partnership, or the relationship of employer and employee between the parties involved.

8. We at The Zen One stress that in no way shall we be responsible for information pertaining to companies, services or their contact details that may be incorrect or incomplete. It is the sole responsibility of the Company listed to claim their listing and ensure that content listed is accurate and up-to-date.

9. We at The Zen One take no responsibility for the content of Reviews made by Users of the site, the content of the Reviews remains the property of the Reviewer, additionally this in no way reflects the opinions or views of the operators, directors or employees of TheZen.One. However, should a company take issue with Reviews left on their listing, they may report the Reviews so that we may consider if it is fair and should be removed.

10. Refunds:

Following payment of a chosen service, the fee is refundable less an admin fee of 20% + any processing fees dependent on payment method (Credit, Debit or Paypal) provided the service is cancelled at least 48 hours prior the agreed date of the session. In relation to downloadable products and recordings – no refund is available at all unless otherwise stated on promotions / marketing. This does not affect your statutory rights.

11. The Zen One will notify Users of the expiration of their subscription package. The User will then have the choice to re-subscribe or decline. We do not store your card details and will not take any payments automatically unless pre-agreed.

TERMINATION/ACCESS RESTRICTION

TheZen.One reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the TheZen.One Web Site and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice. GENERAL To the maximum extent permitted by law, this agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Washington, U.S.A. and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in San Mateo County, California, U.S.A. in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the TheZen.One Web Site. Use of the TheZen.One Web Site is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions, including without limitation this paragraph. MODERN SLAVERY ACT

TheZen.One is fully aware that modern slavery is a serious crime that can take many forms including but not limited to forced labour, slavery, human trafficking and sex trafficking.

TheZen.One has a zero tolerance approach to Modern Slavery both in it’s own business and in dealing with clients, where such clients are allowed to post content onto the TheZen.One website. Any instances or suspected instances of Modern Slavery that is detected/reported to the operators of the TheZen.One website will be fully investigated and any findings passed onto the relevant authorities in the region.

The operators of the TheZen.One website conduct an appropriate level of due diligence on any clients who post content to the website to ensure that any content is not in breach of the Modern Slavery act.
