Qi or Chi (pronounced chee) means vital energy or life force. Gong or Kung means to work, gather and master.

Qi Gong occasionally referred as Chi Kung, is one of the most ancient of well-being practices that incorporates body, mind and spirit . Qi Gong has both hard (yin) and soft (yang) exercises to help cultivate this vital life force energy. The purpose of practising Qi Gong is to promote physical and mental well being, while enabling the practitioner to obtain inner peace and outer harmony by maintaining an abundant movement of Qi energy through their body.

Qi Gong is not limited only to healing… it is incorporated into martial arts and many other aspects of life. There are over 900 branches on the tree of Qi Gong – in other words, it has such wide and far reaching applications that we have yet to see the limits of its capabilities. When a Qi Gong master looks at the world – he/she sees that everything in existence is radiating with Qi, and when he/she looks deep within, he finds an infinite supply of Qi connecting everything within, with everything external to his/her body.

My Qi Gong Journey began over a decade ago, after severely injuring my ankle by falling down several flights of stairs. I had torn all the ligaments and muscles in my left ankle. Western doctors told me I may need an operation and would not be able to run without discomfort in the future. I rejected their claims stating that if Bruce Lee could break his back and walk again, then I can fully recover from my injury!

After practising Qi Gong energy healing on my ankle for 3 months, I fully recovered and in fact the strength and power in my ankle was noticeably greater than before the injury. My physical prowess drastically improved beyond expectation. I then sought out a Qi Gong Master who had over 20 years of training in China, he happened to be in the UK working with cancer patients. I trained with him one-to-one, and to both of our surprise I was naturally gifted in working with Qi energy and easily mastered the techniques that had taken him decades to realise. This in turn lead me to developing my own style of Tiānyòu Zen Qi Gong (天佑聚氣冥想) which translates as “Heavens blessing meditation of gathering vital energy”. 

For the purpose of this session, I use Qi Gong to guide you in healing whatever ailments are causing disharmony in your being. Once we discover the root cause of your issue, then we are able to resolve it rather than treating the symptoms.

The session may include a live guided meditation combined with the energy work.

Sessions typically last up to 1 hour and can be booked via video call or in person. My clients have reported the same positive results via zoom as in person. Qi is not limited by time or space, the same energy that flows through me is the same that flows through everything in existence.
